Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "w3999" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at w3999.club, including all associated products, services, features, and tools available through the platform.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account with or accesses the w3999 platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration with w3999, through which all platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held within your w3999 wallet at any given time, including both deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free plays, deposit matches, or other non-cash incentives credited to your w3999 account by the Platform.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited into your w3999 account via supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by w3999 before withdrawal of funds is authorised.
• "Terms" or "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time by w3999.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the w3999 platform, registering an account, or using any service provided by w3999, you enter into a binding legal agreement with w3999 and confirm your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance is deemed to have occurred upon the earliest of: (a) your completion of the w3999 account registration process; (b) your first deposit of funds into a w3999 account; or (c) your first use of any betting, casino, slot, or wallet feature on the w3999 platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any product-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published by w3999 from time to time. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a w3999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed through w3999 or any external responsible gaming programme that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

w3999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by w3999 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your w3999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

You must not share your w3999 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. w3999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to w3999 support immediately.

You agree to notify w3999 support without delay if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. w3999 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

w3999 recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication, available from the account security settings dashboard. w3999 reserves the right to require two-factor authentication as a condition of processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All w3999 accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w3999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change and w3999 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your w3999 balance within seconds of transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or 1LINK may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your balance. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your w3999 account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day subject to completed KYC verification. w3999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above defined thresholds. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods associated with your verified identity — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance. Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your w3999 wallet.

• w3999 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• w3999 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected, pending investigation.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the account management section of your dashboard.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed on the w3999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, or Crash Goal. These product rules are published within the relevant platform sections and form part of this Agreement.

Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the w3999 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user. w3999 reserves the right to void bets in cases where: (a) a technical error affected the displayed odds or game outcome; (b) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; or (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Cricket Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension during key events such as wickets, boundaries, and reviews. Odds displayed during in-play betting are indicative and may change prior to bet confirmation. All PSL, ICC, and bilateral series cricket markets are subject to the w3999 sports betting rules published in the Cricket section.

Live Casino: All live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are operated by certified third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG or live dealing systems. w3999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Slots: All slot games are operated by certified third-party providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available within the individual game information panels.

Bonuses & Promotions

w3999 offers bonuses, promotions, free plays, and other incentives to eligible users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in conjunction with this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all w3999 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified w3999 account holders aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is available once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your balance if wagering requirements are not met within this period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w3999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one w3999 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the w3999 platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the w3999 platform — including but not limited to the w3999 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game content, design elements, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of w3999 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w3999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any w3999 content without prior written consent from w3999.

Any unauthorised use of w3999 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w3999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the w3999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, payment processing errors, or network interruptions beyond w3999's reasonable control.

• Interruption or unavailability of platform services due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Where w3999 is found liable, its total liability to you in connection with any event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total real money funds deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms limits w3999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

w3999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if w3999 determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order and have attempted to access the platform in violation of that order.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of w3999 or other users of the platform.

Upon account termination for Terms violations, w3999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed at your request or for operational reasons unrelated to Terms violations, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting w3999 support. Pending bets and outstanding bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable product rules.

Amendments to Terms

w3999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered users via the email address associated with your w3999 account and/or via a prominent notice on the w3999 platform.

Amendments take effect from the date specified in the notification or, where no date is specified, immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the w3999 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the w3999 platform and contact support to arrange account closure. The Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to w3999's registered jurisdiction of operation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact w3999 support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. w3999 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Disputes Regarding Game Outcomes: All disputes regarding game or bet outcomes must be raised with w3999 support within seven (7) days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
